This is music to assist with the healing anxiety and healing depression. Music therapy has been around since the time of Pythagoras and before. Pythagoras was known to prescribe music for waking up and music to prepare oneself for a deep and restful sleep. Pythagoras understood the impact of tones and modes or scales on the human psyche. In Ancient China, doctors used music to heal before herbs and acupuncture needles. mental conditions such as depression and anxiety can leave one feeling alienated from others. It is not easy to connect with friends or family when depressed or anxious. Music is universal language, which can be described as the language of emotion and non-verbal at the same time. Non verbal music with emotional content is the key here, as it makes it possible to feel a connection without having to talk. It has the capacity to provide emotional nurturing in a non-verbal way. The soft, gentle harmonies and progressions give one a feeling of being nurtured and connected at the same time and a simple and safe tool for self help and healing. Healing anxiety or healing depression must always be done in conjunction with professional help when necessary. Using music can fill in the gaps, the hours alone or the time one chooses to spend in isolation due to the anxiety and depression. There have been cases of therapists using music alone to heal mental conditions. Somehow the music provides relief or expression for blocked emotions and over time the patient can heal. Wings of love has been inspired by great classical masters and the arrangements have been made meditative, healing and non intrusive so that one can study, relax or sleep while feeling loved and supported by the music.
