With years of experience in the realm of sound, Desert Rose will lead you into deep relaxation daily through theta healing, providing you with a safe space and the time to unwind and let go!

The Sound to Silence Retreat is aimed at creating the experience of inner transformation through Music, Meditation, Yoga, Conscious breathing and Sound. Yusuf and Lynne who both come from different cultures and traditions, live, eat and breathe the music they share in this unique offering over 4 days. Participants have the opportunity to get to know one another and participate in this journey at the beautiful Bougain Villa Sol Retreat Centre in Ponta Do Ouro, Mozambque.
The Retreat content includes but is not limited to the following:
Experiential workshops on the Language of Music.
Conscious breathing and sacred chanting sessions.
Guided theta healing sessions
Silent meditation
Sacred movement/dancing
Sacred world music concert
Swimming with Dolphins
Gentle yoga/tapping Qigong
Sharing stories with famous Ponta virgin cocktails on the Mango Rooftop Cafe.
Retreat Costs R9500 and Early bird special R9000 – (50% deposit qualifies for early bird special before 31 October 2019 and 50% balance payable on or before 31 January 2020.)
Space is limited to 14 people.
The cancellation policy is a 75% refund up until 31 January 2019. After that, should you not be able to attend, you would be able to transfer to another individual
The Retreat Cost covers everything below EXCEPT flights to the King Shaka Airport Durban:
• Shuttle from the King Shaka Airport, Durban to Ponta do Oura (return)
• Transport from border to the retreat centre in Ponta
• 4 nights Accommodation
• Meals and Teas from Thursday afternoon to Breakfast on Monday Morning. (Meals served at the Retreat are Vegan)

• TWO dolphin swims
KINDLY NOTE – the above rate is based on SHARED ACCOMMODATION at the very beautiful and tranquil Bougainvilla Sol in either a double room with 2 separate beds or double beds. All rooms have en suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
PLEASE NOTE – SHUTTLE SERVICE from KING SHAKA AIRPORT will collect participants on THURSDAY 5 March at 9:30 am (please book the earliest flight). – SHUTTLE SERVICE from PONTA DO OURO will leave Monday, 9 March latest at 9:30 am and arrive latest at Kind Shaka Airport by 4 pm (please book the latest flight back from KING SHAKA AIRPORT to your home destination).
Participants arrive on Thursday 5 March 2020 mid-afternoon in Ponta do Ouro. On Thursday evening, there will be an Introductory dinner. Friday to Sunday will be a full programme. Monday morning, the Retreat will close with breakfast and guests will be collected to return to King Shaka Airport at 9 am
